Here's some good news!

You only have to fill out one application to get the best benefit you qualify for. Follow these steps:

  • Open all notices from MassHealth and follow the instructions by the due date in the letter.
  • If you get a request from MassHealth to complete your renewal application, fill it out and submit it by the due date. Submit the application even if you think you no longer qualify for MassHealth.
    • If you submit your renewal application online, you’ll find out right away whether you qualify for MassHealth, or a plan offered on the Health Connector.
    • If you submit by fax or mail, you’ll get a letter from the state with your eligibility information.
  • Submit any documents the state requests to confirm your eligibility.
  • Shop for a health plan on the Health Connector if the state says you qualify for a qualified health plan like a ConnectorCare plan.
